Just had some new faux wood blinds fitted today. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Claire and Phil go the extra mile. They are extremely helpful and courteous. Phil was on time for both appointments, which is a bonus these days! He has done a super job fitting the blinds and I am one very happy customer!!
Had my blinds fitted this morning, I can’t recommend Atlas Blinds and Shutters highly enough. Phil came and measured up and now they’re fitted! Really quick, very reasonably priced (cheapest quote I had) but fantastic quality. I spoke to Claire a few times, she’s been incredibly helpful and so friendly. I’m absolutely over the moon with everything and am recommending them to everyone I know. I’d give them 100/10 if I could, definitely the best in the North East! I would definitely recommend Atlas Blinds & Shutters. Excellent service from start to finish, superb communication and very responsive. I love my new shutters and blinds and will be using them again. Blue light discount is available for those in NHS/emergency services, which is another bonus. Thank you Phil and Claire.
I rarely write reviews for companies/products but have been so impressed by the service that we have received from Claire and Phil at Atlas Blinds and Shutters that I feel it only fair that this company gets the credit it deserves. From first contact, the team have been superb. Phil has now visited us on five occasions and has arrived at the arranged time each time (quite a rare thing in my experience of other companies). He knows the business inside out and was able to provide advice on the products that would work best for us without trying to oversell. Delivery and fitting time was very quick and the supplied blinds are of a very high standard and reasonably priced. Communication was great as well, and Claire dealt promptly with any queries. We are taking a pause from our house renovation but will start again early next year, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now for blinds and shutters. Overall, a highly recommended business!
